What You'll Do
- Oversee performance, profitability, and operations across multiple dealerships
- Lead and hold teams accountable to core dealership processes and standards
- Partner with General Managers to improve sales, service, and customer satisfaction (CSI)
- Drive results in inventory management, profitability, and operational efficiency
- Conduct performance reviews, root cause analysis, and process improvements
- Collaborate with OEM partners and executive leadership
- Recruit, develop, and mentor high-performing dealership leadership teams
- Ensure alignment with company goals and growth strategies
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years senior automotive leadership (multi-store experience required)
- Proven track record in driving profitability, CSI, and team development
- Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with dealership systems and Microsoft Office
- Results-driven with a strategic mindset
