We are expanding our Ford Mobile Service Team, and we're looking for Ford-trained Automotive Technicians ready for a modern, forward-thinking service role. Not a Ford Tech but have certifications? We'd love to talk to you!
This position starts as a hybrid role (shop + mobile service) and grows into a full-time mobile technician position. You'll be provided with a brand-new Ford Mobile Service Van, fully stocked with tools and equipment to work safely and efficiently.
If you're Ford-trained (B or C level), strong in diagnostics, and enjoy problem-solving while delivering great customer experiences-this is your next move. Not a Ford Tech but have certifications? We'd still love to talk to you!

What You'll Do:
- Perform mobile diagnostics, inspections, and test drives
- Complete maintenance, recall, and light repair work
- Use advanced Ford diagnostic tools
- Communicate clearly with Service Advisors and customers
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment (both in-shop and on the road)
What We're Looking For:
- Ford Training (B or C Level) - ASEs a plus
- Strong diagnostic and electrical experience
- Solid understanding of repair orders
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 75-100 lbs. and work in varying weather conditions
